A Home Information Pack is a new legal requirement which will be put in place by the government, from June 1st 2007, Its purpose is to improve the transfer of property for both the buyer and the seller. With the help of a new pack, property buyers will know all the relevant information of the intended property before starting the buying process saving time,resources and money.

: Evidence of Title
: Standard Searches
: An Energy Performance Certificate
: Leasehold Information
: Commonhold Information
: A new Homes Warranty
The Energy Performance Certificate
All new heating systems and heating alterations MUST be installed and commissioned in accordance with the current Part L building regulations. If you are thinking of upgrading or installing a new system, ensure your installer if fully competent and qualified to provide the required compliance certificates for your property.
