Fantastic project undertaken by Leighton’s at the farm house Withernwick. We upgraded the existing plumbing and heating system for the new home owner. The project included the installation of high end bathroom equipment like Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe bathroom equipment. The shower area is a byspoke constructed wet room with glass screen and wet underfloor heating throughout the property. The property is heated by oil and solar thermal was added to reduce the oil consumption of the building.

Installation of a Grant 35kw system boiler / Installation of a new 1000 litre oil tank / Installation of a 300 Litre unvented hot water system / Installation of 3 horizontal panel solar thermal hot water system / Installation of an underfloor (wet) heating system's / Installation of 2 new bathrooms and a wet room / Installation of heating controlls and seperate towel rail circuit / Installation of utility room and kitchen services
